My book presented me with the question of temperature. I hadn’t really thought about it before! How do I like my food and beverages? Well, it’s much more important than I thought! Almost everything I have to drink should be ice-cold. Especially milk. I’m even considering making frozen milk cubes just so I can enjoy it more. Now meals, on the other hand, should be HOT. The temperature is perfect when it’s just shy of burning my tongue. Way too often have I warmed up some leftover and had the middle be cool, and I’ve settled for it. “Oh well. I’ll just stir it up and that’ll be fine.” No more! I will heat that meal up again or find ice for my drink. It makes a big difference. The only things I think I like at room temperature are….peanut butter sandwiches…crackers… nuts. Can’t think of anything else!

Great title!
I’ve noticed just in the last little while that if I eat food that doesn’t taste very good to me, as far as flavor, or temperature or other things, it doesn’t settle very well with my stomach either. So I agree that it is worth it to get the food just the way you like it! It’s so much more fun too
Wow, milk ice cubes
you’ll have to tell me how it goes! Sometimes I get frustrated at drinking fountains because the water is too cold. But I’d rather it be too cold, than not cold enough.
